Dara was recommended to me by a good friend, who went to elementary school with her. When I told my friend (who grew up in Walnut Creek) we were considering the area, she knew that Dara, and Ronni, would be a great fit. She was right on, as Dara and Ronni are experts in this area. On our home buying journey (which lasted over a year) Dara never gave up on us (even when I started to lose hope). My only regret was not listening to her sooner, and not being more aggressive in the beginning of our home search. Eventually, we settled on a sweet house but it was no picnic getting home. As a Walnut Creek native, Dara came full circle and returned to her hometown after living in San Francisco to raise her family in a community that she knows and loves. After deciding to buy a home in the Bay Area, Dara and her husband experienced the highs and lows of being first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market. They finally settled into their Eichler home in Walnut Creek to start their family.
With two boys making their way through the local schools, being actively involved in the Parent Teacher Association, sports activities, two miniature Dachshunds, and a husband in Tech, Dara is deeply embedded in the Walnut Creek community and Greater Bay Area.
Prior to Real Estate, Dara was in Elementary Education for 20 years. From working as a Literacy Coach and leading Staff Wide profesional developments, to a classroom teacher... Dara has taken everything she has learned from teaching elementary school into her love of educating and supporting her clients in the process of buying and selling Real Estate. Her years of negotiating playground disputes over kickball and four square rules have beyond prepared her for being a tough negotiator for her clients.
